Pulse's NPS Application FAQ

I have the free account version, and expect to receive more than 50 responses per month soon, can I upgrade my account?

Absolutely!  If you have signed up for the free account version, you can upgrade your account to a paid plan.  Our website has the pricing plans.


What is considered a response?

A response counted toward your monthly quota occurs whenever someone provides an actual NPS score. We do not count respondents that close the NPS survey question window toward your quota.


What form of payment do you accept?

Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express


How can I provide feedback and ask questions?

We have lots of ways.  You can use the chat client built into Pulse.  You can send us a question at support@bluenose.com, or visit our support pages at support.bluenose.com.


How will you protect my data?

Bluenose is committed to your security.  We maintain PCI and SSAE 16 SOC 2 Type 2 third-party certifications.  Please review our Security Framework white paper for a full explanation.


I don’t think I’d like to continue with your company. How can I cancel?

Please contact us at support@bluenose.com and we will cancel your service for you.


Will surveys work with mobile devices or tablets?

Yes and no.  The web browser window on your device (mobile phone or tablet) must be at least 740 pixels wide in order for the survey to be seen. 

Note:  The survey will still be sent, however if the end user is using a device that is not large enough, the survey will not be seen.  The system will respond as if the end user navigated away from the page the survey was deployed to, or they logged out before submitting a response.
